ON ORDERS
- How do I place an order?
Step 2: Click on the "Order Now" icon,
Step 3: Fill in your details on order form (* compulsary to be filled)
Step 4: Check the details of the item(s) you have ordered,
Step 5: We have two payment methods to choose from. You can pay by Maybank2U.com and CIMB Clicks internet banking or cash/cheque bank in(Maybank and CIMB only).
2. How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?
An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order.
3. Can I place my order over the telephone?
All orders must be placed on 1megadesire.blogspot.com. We do not accept telephone
orders.
ON DELIVERY
1. When you will get the goods you ordered?
If the good you ordered is available in our stocks, it will be delivered to you within 1-3 working
days. If the good is not available in our stocks, delivery time will be within 3-5 working days.
2. How are the goods delivered?
The goods will be delivered to you by courier.
3. How much a shipping cost?
In within Peninsula Malaysia:
You can enjoy free delivery if you spend RM70.00 and above on a single order. If you spend less than RM70.00, we will charge a delivery fee of RM6.00 for first 500gm, RM7.00 for 501gm to 750gm and RM8 for751gm to 1kg
To East Malaysia (Sarawak and Sabah):
You can enjoy free delivery if you spend RM80.00 and above on a single order. If you spend less than RM80.00, we will charge a delivery fee of RM9.00 for first 500gm, RM11.00 for 501gm to 750gm and RM13.00 for751gm to 1kg .
ON PAYMENT
1. How do I make payment?
You can pay via Maybank2U or CIMB Clicks internet banking or bank your purchase amount
into our accounts (we only accept Maybank and CIMB).
2. How do I pay by cash or cheque?
If you select to pay direct bank in mode, you have to bank in the amount into our Maybank and
CIMB accounts. The detail of our accounts are as below:
